What is coaching like?
A typical coaching session is an hour long, either in person or over video call, and is guided by what you want to focus on.
You can expect:
A confidential space to talk about what is on your mind
Thoughtful questions to help you explore your thoughts and gain new perspectives
Science-backed, practical ideas you can start using straight away
Support without pressure or judgment
Please note: I do NOT diagnose, prescribe, advise changes to your current treatment or look into past trauma or psychological injuries. If and when anything comes up that’s beyond the scope of coaching, I’ll guide you to the right healthcare professional.
